Subject of the agreement
2FASMS provides intermediary services giving the Client technical access to read SMS messages received on a designated active number. The Client agrees to pay for the services according to the pricing published on the website. Under this agreement, the Provider acts as an intermediary between the Client and mobile network operators.
Pricing and duration of the services are shown on the website at the moment of ordering.
Lawful use
The Client may use the services in any country provided this does not contravene applicable law. By using the service, the Client affirms their use complies with the local laws of their place of residence. Republishing, selling, renting, sub-licensing, or redistributing material from 2FASMS is not permitted.
Availability of service
The Company makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Where a paid activation does not deliver an SMS, the no-charge rules of the Refund Policy apply.
Account & registration
Services are provided to Clients who have registered on the site with a valid email. To prevent fraudulent activity, the Provider may require additional verification when paying via certain payment services.
Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from use of the service, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
The Company may change these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
